These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and taya05 ("taya05," "we," "us," "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taya05.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the taya05 platform, you agree unconditionally to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the taya05 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made from time to time in accordance with Section 11 below.

These Terms are written in English and govern the relationship between taya05 and all registered users. In any conflict between a translated version and the English original, the English version prevails.

2.1 Minimum Age

taya05 strictly enforces the minimum age of twenty-one (21) years for all registered users. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine gambling laws. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or receiving winnings on the taya05 platform.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The taya05 platform is licensed and regulated to serve players physically located within the Philippines. By registering, you represent that you are physically present in the Philippines and that accessing taya05 does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Eligibility Representations

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by taya05 or PAGCOR;
• Are not a company officer, employee, agent, or close family member of such a person employed by taya05 or any affiliated entity;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party;
• Are not using funds derived from unlawful activity.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on taya05. Creating duplicate, secondary, or collusive accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) regulations, taya05 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or Philippine passport) and such other documents as taya05 may reasonably request. taya05 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya05 login credentials. taya05 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify taya05 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taya05 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and such other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). taya05 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated at taya05's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) internal anti-fraud review. taya05 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's verified name.

4.4 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) business day. taya05 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems.

Bonuses and promotions offered by taya05 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• One bonus per person, household, IP address, payment method, or shared device, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full;
• taya05 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• taya05 reserves the right to void bonus winnings or confiscate account balances if abuse, fraud, or collusion in relation to bonus claims is detected;
• Bonuses are not available to players subject to self-exclusion or cooling-off periods.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya05 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to play games or influence outcomes;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the taya05 platform or the experience of other players;
• Attempting to access taya05 accounts other than your own;
• Registering while subject to a self-exclusion order or PAGCOR exclusion directive.

All content on the taya05 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game names, and written content — is the property of taya05 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any taya05 content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya05's total liability to you arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your taya05 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taya05 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. taya05 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

taya05 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. taya05 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. In matters involving PAGCOR licensing conditions, the decisions and determinations of PAGCOR shall be final and binding insofar as they concern the regulated operation of the taya05 platform.
